OUR RETURN POLICY

Our biggest wish is that you love your products! However, if you have any problems with a purchase, please read this Returns Policy to learn about your options.

If you wish to return a product or if you have received a damaged or wrong product, please contact contact@shopjuliette.com to receive instructions on how to return your product and initiate your return. You have 14 days upon your receipt of the product to make a return request. Please do not return the product without sending an email.

You must return the products in original, unused and saleable condition (unless the products were already damaged), with original tags for a full refund in the original form of payment. Returns that are damaged, marked, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We reserve our right to refuse any return that is poorly packaged or damaged.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Custom-made, personalized or bespoke products will not be accepted for a return.

After we receive your product, we will verify its compliance with this Return Policy. If the return is accepted, the price of the returned item will be refunded to the credit card that you have used for your purchase. Please note that when you will receive the funds may vary depending on your bank procedures.

Return processing is handled by our authorized distributor in Dubai, Momentum Trading & Advertising FZCO.All returns must be sent to the company name and address stated below.
